Returns & Exchanges
We will happily refund or exchange unworn uniform items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, as new condition and in original packaging.
Return Authority
Email info@workingear.com.au to receive a return authorisation. Items should be sent to Attn: Returns Workin’ Gear, PO Box 327, Fyshwick ACT 2609. Cost of shipping for returns is at the expense of the location. COD returns will not be excepted and will be returned. Items should be well packaged to avoid damage. Footwear should be returned in original box in resell-able condition and sent in an outer box. Please include copy of return authority with your items.
Cost of Shipping Order Error – Incorrect item or size ordered – Locations are responsible for original shipping cost, the cost of returning items, and shipping of the replacement item if applicable. COD returns will not be accepted and will be returned.
Dispatch Error – Incorrect item or size shipped – Workin’ Gear will organise collection of the incorrect item and shipping cost of replacement item where applicable.
Refunds/Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
